Highlights and edit readiness

Combines the measurement tools into answers an editor needs: ranked highlight ranges for clips and shorts, a readiness report on a source (audio, framing, length), and the on-screen text found by OCR so new captions do not collide with it.

What it does well

  • Highlights can use a transcript for meaning, not just loudness.
  • OCR keeps new captions clear of burnt-in text.

Limits

  • Long sources can take a couple of minutes; the call answers "still running" and finishes on the next call.
